Welcome to Weedhub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weedhub website, online ordering services, retail services, delivery services, promotions, and other services provided by Weedhub.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Weedhub operates in accordance with applicable California cannabis laws and regulations.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cannabis or cannabis products for adult use.
Qualified medicinal cannabis patients who are 18 years of age or older may purchase medicinal cannabis where permitted by law and must provide any documentation required under applicable California law.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification may be required to verify your identity and age before completing a purchase or receiving an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction if age, identity, eligibility, or required documentation cannot be verified.
2. Compliance With Cannabis Laws
Cannabis products purchased from Weedhub are intended only for lawful use in accordance with California state and applicable local laws.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with laws governing the possession, transportation, consumption, and use of cannabis.
Cannabis may not be transported across state lines or onto federal property where prohibited by law. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law.
You agree not to use Weedhub’s website or services to engage in unlawful activity or to purchase cannabis on behalf of a person who is not legally eligible to receive it.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability, customer eligibility, verification, applicable purchase limits, and acceptance by Weedhub.
Submitting an online order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject or cancel an order;
- Limit quantities;
- Correct pricing, product, inventory, or promotional errors;
- Require additional identity or eligibility verification; and
- Refuse service when required or permitted by law.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Weedhub may remove the unavailable item, contact you regarding an available alternative, or cancel the affected portion of the order.

6. Delivery
Where Weedhub offers delivery, orders may only be delivered to locations permitted under applicable California and local law.
The person receiving a cannabis delivery must satisfy all applicable age, identity, and eligibility requirements. Valid government-issued identification may be required at delivery.
Weedhub may refuse to complete a delivery if:
- The customer’s identity or age cannot be verified;
- The customer is unavailable;
- The delivery location cannot legally or safely be accessed;
- Information provided with the order is inaccurate;
- The customer appears to be attempting to provide cannabis to an ineligible person; or
- Completing the delivery would violate applicable law or Weedhub policy.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, order volume, customer availability, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
7. Product Information
We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, potency information, ingredients, availability, and pricing.
However, product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Actual packaging, appearance, cannabinoid content, batch information, and other product characteristics may vary.
Customers should review the actual product label and packaging before use.
8. Cannabis Use and Health Disclaimer
Cannabis affects individuals differently. Effects may vary based on the product, potency, dosage, method of consumption, individual tolerance, medications, health conditions, and other factors.
Information provided by Weedhub, its website, employees, or representatives is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform activities requiring alertness while impaired by cannabis.
Keep cannabis products securely stored and away from children and animals.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the nature of cannabis products, all cannabis sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under Weedhub’s return policy or applicable law.
Eligible returns must be made to Weedhub, the retailer from which the product was originally purchased. Proof of purchase and the original product and/or packaging may be required. Weedhub reserves the right to verify the product and purchase before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returned cannabis products will not be resold and will be handled in accordance with California Department of Cannabis Control regulations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under California law.
10. Accounts
Certain features may allow or require customers to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
Weedhub may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Weedhub may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website or services following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
